Mr. John H. “Pepper” Bullock is a certified executive leadership coach and founder of Safe Harbor Consulting LLC. He served as managing partner of Northwestern Mutual Financial Network where he received the Managing Partner’s Achievement Award. He was a founding member of the Georgia Student Leadership Forum on Faith and Values and is a member of The Circle of Care for the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation. He served as a pararescueman in the U.S. Air Force. Bullock earned a bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary.
Mr. Bullock was appointed to the State Board of the Technical College System of Georgia on May 29, 2008 by Governor Sonny Perdue.
