Position:                      Hotel-Restaurant-Tourism Management Program Instructor- Full Time – Dougherty County Campus

Position Summary:    Under general supervision, prepares lesson plans and deliver classroom and online instructions for all HRT courses; develops syllabi; evaluates students’ progress and maintain certification requirements as appropriate; assist with recruitment, retention and job placement efforts for the program; additional responsibilities as required.  Some evening hours required.

 

Qualifications:           The minimum requirements for the position are: an Associate Degree in Hotel/Restaurant/Tourism or related field from an accredited college or university; Bachelor preferred; 3 years of work experience in the hotel-restaurant and/or tourism industry.  Prior college teaching experience is desirable.  Screening of applicants will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
