Planning, Research, and Policy Analysis
This division is responsible for the management and oversight of the agency's strategic, business continuity, and customer service plans. It provides research and policy analysis, creating supporting documentation for policy changes, identifying solutions, and monitoring progress toward goals. In addition, this division manages the state and federal reporting requirements of the technical colleges.
