Why do I have to take a test after I am admitted to the college but before I register for classes?Most students are required to take placement surveys prior to registering for classes. These tests help determine the best place for you to start your education. We do not wish to place you in classes that are too easy for you, but we also do not wish to place you in a class for which you need a little review before enrolling.
