How do I get started?
Start by going to DiplomaSender.com and creating an account. You will be asked to provide information that will help them locate your records, including the year you tested and the location. This will help match your information to Georgia High School Equivalency records. This usually takes a few hours, but may take up to seven days. You will receive an email from DiplomaSender letting you know if they were able to locate your records.
Log back into the portal to request a transcript or diploma. If you passed the GED or HiSET for the first time after July 15, 2025, the first diploma and transcript you request are free, but you must complete a request to receive your documents at no charge.
