To ensure efficient resolution and avoid “duplicate” tickets, please begin by notifying your team manager of your technical issue or additional feature request. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, proceed to the Cognito Forms submission platform by using the link(s) displayed below.
Before submitting a technical assistance form, did you clear your internet browser cache? If so, proceed with submitting the technical assistance form.
Prior to submitting a technical issue, please confirm you have cleared your internet browser cache. Close all sessions of Google Chrome then complete the following steps.
Directions for clearing cache for most internet browsers can be found via any search engine such as Google.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
- Close Chrome Session
- Open new Session of Chrome
If the issue persists after clearing your cache, we kindly ask that you submit a support ticket via the link below. When submitting the form, please ensure it is filled out with as much detail as possible. This information helps our team accurately diagnose and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
You will receive e-mail confirmation for both the submission and the completion of your submitted tickets. These e-mails should be saved for reference up until the issue/request is resolved.
You may also submit change requests and enhancement requests that have been approved by management. Submissions may include misspellings, formatting, or missing information that occurs within the system.
Enhancement Request: Must be approved by vendor and will impact all GEO Solutions users.
- Example: A customer might suggest that the five most recently used WIOA providers appear at the top of the search screen for quick selection.
Change Orders are used by customers to request a required modification to their system. It will apply only to the Georgia system and may involve a cost.
- Example of other issues submitted: Staff may request that Job Order Alerts be directed to a different staff member at a different email address (e.g., when the previous recipient leaves or moves to another position).
