eCampus is a platform that allows colleges to leverage instructional capacity for increased access to programs regardless of student location. It is comprised of technological advancements targeted at supporting the overall mission to improve the student experience from enrollment through graduation leading to positive workforce development. Since its inception is the summer of 2021, hundreds of students have gained access to online courses through this shared resource model with participation only expected to grow.

Ellucian Experience with Cross Registration is in testing now and is targeted for an October release!
  • Experience and Cross Registration together support a single Banner interface for students to seamlessly browse and enroll in courses from their home college as well as courses from other TCSG colleges participating in eCampus.

eCampus Platform Programs

  • The AWS Cloud Solutions Specialist certificate allows a student to acquire Cloud computing skills in the Amazon Web Services Environment through hands-on practical experience and can prepare for AWS Certifications including Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, and Developer Associate.     Employment Opportunities:
    An AWS developer is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and evolving the cloud infrastructure of web applications. AWS developers are expected to understand the core AWS services and apply best practices regarding security and scalability. This is a high-demand career field with high earning potential. Employment of computer and information technology occupations is projected to grow 12 percent from 2018 to 2028, much faster than the average for all occupations. These occupations are projected to add about 546,200 new jobs. Demand for these workers will stem from greater emphasis on cloud computing, the collection and storage of big data, and information security.



  • The Fire Science Associate of Applied Science degree program is a sequence of courses designed to prepare fire service personnel at all levels to become better officers and leaders. The program provides learning opportunities which introduce, develop, and reinforce academic and occupational knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for job acquisition, retention, and advancement. Additionally, the program provides opportunities to retrain and upgrade present knowledge and skills. Completion of the program of study leads to an AAS degree in Fire Science.

    Employment Opportunities:
    Most experienced firefighters continue studying to improve their job performance and prepare for promotion examinations. To progress to higher level positions, they acquire expertise in advanced firefighting equipment and techniques, building construction, emergency medical technology, writing, public speaking, management and budgeting procedures, and public relations. Opportunities for promotion depend upon the results of written examinations, as well as job performance, interviews, and seniority. Hands-on tests that simulate real-world job situations also are used by some fire departments. Usually, firefighters are first promoted to engineer, then lieutenant, captain, battalion chief, assistant chief, deputy chief, and, finally, chief. For promotion to positions higher than battalion chief, many fire departments now require a bachelor's degree, preferably in fire science, public administration, or a related field.



  • The iOS App Development in Swift TCC includes specialized courses designed to allow programming and web development majors to augment their existing programs with web application development or programming. The program also allows professional programmers and web developers to add iOS application development to their skill set. Upon completion of this certificate, iOS mobile developers write programs inside of a mobile development environment using the Swift programming language.

    Employment Opportunities:
    An iOS developer is responsible for developing applications for mobile devices powered by Apple's iOS operating system. This is a high-demand career field. Employment of web developers is projected to grow 8% and software developers 22% from 2019 to 2029, both much faster than the average for all occupations. The main reason for the rapid growth in both applications developers and systems developers is a large increase in the demand for computer software. The need for new applications on mobile devices will help increase the demand for application software developers.
