1) Multiple Registrations with a Single Payment

Purchase multiple tickets for an order IF you pay for the order with the same payment method. To use multiple payment methods (i.e. separate checks, multiple credit cards, etc.), please create a new order for EACH payment method. You may purchase for others with or without registering yourself.

* Billing/Payment information will be taken after attendee registration.

** Purchaser’s billing information will be taken at checkout.

*** The Purchaser can register anyone, whether attending or not.

**** Guest Checkout is available.

2) Attendee Information Collection

After selecting tickets for attendees, scroll down and select the Get Tickets button. You will enter the Attendee Information for the ticket(s), including the person buying the tickets (if attending). Enter the CORRECT attendee information, using THEIR information in the requested fields, if known.

* If the Purchaser is attending, a ticket with purchaser information must also be entered before proceeding to checkout.

** The Purchaser’s information will be entered again during checkout, after all other attendees are entered.

*** You can login at Checkout if you have previously created an account.
– Guest Checkout is also available.

3) Payment, Order and Account Information

You will get an order receipt for all attendees YOU register and PAY for. Each attendee specified will receive an email with their individual ticket included.

You can create an account at checkout, or complete the order as a guest. An email with account creation information is sent to the email entered at checkout after the order is placed.

* Returning users can log in at checkout. New users can create an account at checkout, or place an order as a guest.

** Use an accessible email at checkout to receive confirmation and receipt.

*** If you’ve placed an order before and an account was created, you can login/reset your password here or at the checkout page.

4) Modify Your Attendees After Order (optional)

* not available for guest checkout

If you created an account with TCSG upon check out, you can log back in and manage your orders and attendees. Log in and go to the Tickets Page to modify your attendees.

You will be locked out after 3 failed login attempts.
