• TCHECS: TCSG’s CHECS Application – Introduction of TCHECS including navigation, data review, parallel Banner tables, daily processing, and student scenarios. Presented by TCSG: Lori Burnette

• CHECS Testing: Comprehensive CHECS review and testing for TCSG. Presented by GSFC: Pennie Strong, Andy Parsons, and Bob Lahl. GSFC CHECS Testing agenda attached.

Attendees: College personnel who work directly with HOPE/Zell Miller Grant or Scholarship. Recommend three attendees per college. Attendees from Financial Aid and Registrar’s Office.

Location: Milledgeville Campus of Central GA Tech. Rooms H-107A and H-107C.
Date/Times: October 25, 2018 – 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
$25.00 Registration Fee covers: Lite breakfast, mid–morning snack and lunch
All registration fees must be paid by October 20th. No registration fees will be accepted on October 25th.

Attendees should bring laptop and will be encouraged to log into CHECS and TCHECS during session. Attendees should also be prepared to log into their Banner system. All attendees must have login access to the CHECS test website at https://gafqa.gsfc.org . PLEASE TEST YOUR ACCESS BEFORE OCTOBER 25th. If unable to access CHECS, please contact your Institutional Administrator as they will able to check your username if needed (which is the same as for GAfutures production) and send you the reset password link. If additional help is needed logging into CHECS please email the CHECS help desk at CHECSHelpDesk@gsfc.org.
