Event Name: Subrecipient Monitoring Training
Purpose/Description: This training will be geared toward those LWDA staff who carry out subrecipient monitoring for the local area and those who conduct internal reviews of LWDA activities. The content will focus on the requirements under WIOA regarding subrecipient monitoring, as well as highlighting best practices for carrying out these tasks. Topics will include a review of policies and internal procedures, creating a formal process and oversight tools, and specific areas to be monitored (financial, programmatic, and general compliance).
