Strategic Doing: An Innovative Approach to Tackling Sector Partnerships

Geniphyr Ponce-Pore, M.S., M.Ed, is Director of the Colorado State University Regional Hubs and the Workforce Specialist for Colorado State University Extension. She is also certified in Strategic Doing. With 15 years of experience working in community, economic and workforce development in Colorado, she was recruited into the Office of Engagement in 2010. Her current work is focused on collaborating with workforce, economic, and community  development systems as well as industry to co-create innovative learning solutions. She is also working with the Colorado Workforce Development Board to develop their capacity to convene and mobilize through Strategic Doing. As Director of the Regional Hubs she and her team oversee the development of the regional hubs, an engagement initiative of the Office of Engagement.
