Tracking and Measuring the Success of Sector Partnerships

Adesewa Adesiji, MBA, is a Workforce Strategy Consultant with the State of Minnesota’s Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). She has been employed with DEED since 2002 through a variety of roles working with job seekers, businesses, and educators. She successfully managed a project to engage with tech professionals and employers in the Twin Cities Metro Area and coordinated an event with the CIO of a professional sports franchise in Minnesota as guest speaker. Adesewa has a B.A in Sociology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and a Masters in Business Administration from Augsburg College.
