The Office of Workforce Development intends for the following resources to provide detailed instructions on the implementation of various WIOA activities and to assist local practitioners in administering services. These resources are different from official policy and guidance documents (WIGs) and are intended to be reference documents for each respective topic covered. These resources may include descriptions of the program or service, frequently asked questions, desk references, toolkits, and/or direct excerpts or information from relevant federal and state policies.
