Annual awards highlight best-in-class leaders across business and IT

ATLANTA, GA–Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) Assistant Commissioner for Student Affairs and Secondary Initiatives, Derek Dabrowiak was named the winner of Ventana Research’s Digital Leadership Awards in the Customer Experience category. The 14th Annual Digital Leadership Awards recognize individuals and companies that have embraced the use of technology to help them lead their organizations and optimize the readiness across their people, processes, information, and technology to grow their business impact and industry potential.

The Customer Experience award recognizes the organization and technology that best exemplifies leadership in applications and technologies that support the engagement with customers for any purpose. TCSG’s Dabrowiak won the award for his leadership in improving the customer experience through technology partners Salesforce and TargetX.

“TCSG’s number one priority is the success of our students, and that starts with providing them a great student experience from the moment they inquire about a college to the day they graduate,” said Dabrowiak. “It is an honor to be recognized by Ventana Research for the work we do every day to improve the customer experience for students across our system.”

As part of the judging process and methodology, Ventana Research examined case studies and submissions to evaluate the nominated organization’s and individual’s leadership and outcomes using technology, the best practices it utilized, and the associated business impact and value. All types of organizations were invited to participate, and submissions spanned industries and organizational sizes across the world.
