Enrollment and Graduate Reports

TCSG reports enrollment by college for each term and academic year. By term, TCSG reports total student enrollment, credit hours, Full-Time Equivalents (FTE) and part-time/full-time term enrollment. Annually, TCSG reports total enrollment, credit hours, FTE, student demographics, special populations, education level, learning support, financial aid, high school dual enrollment, and warranty data.

Graduates and placement are reported at the end of each academic year and include unduplicated graduates, total awards by award levels, and graduates by placement categories (e.g. employment status, continuing with education, etc.).

All reports are in Excel. Each file may contain multiple worksheets, with one page on each sheet.
